This no money down program assists eligible applicants in purchasing, building, rehabbing, improving, or relocating a dwelling in an eligible rural area, with 100% financing. Refinancing of eligible loans, for current USDA borrowers, is also available.

Applicants must meet income eligibility; agree to personally occupy the home as their primary residence; and be a US citizen, non-citizen national, or qualified alien.
